Callaway Brewing Co. began as a passion project in 2018, when founder Marcus Chen decided to bring artisanal brewing to the Shenandoah Valley. What started as weekend experiments in a garage has blossomed into Callaway's premier craft brewery.
We source our hops from local farms and use pristine spring water from the surrounding hills. Every batch is brewed with intention—never rushed, always perfected. Our taproom is a gathering place where neighbors become friends over a well-crafted pint.
